• Conduct thorough psychological evaluations to identify the mental health needs of clients, ensuring the creation of personalized treatment plans that reflect their unique circumstances.

• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, case managers, and other mental health professionals to coordinate comprehensive care, identifying resources and support systems that enhance client outcomes.

• Offer immediate crisis intervention and support for clients experiencing acute emotional distress, employing your therapeutic skills to stabilize situations and create safety plans.

The clients you will serve come from a wide range of backgrounds, each with unique mental health challenges including anxiety, depression, trauma, and other disorders. Your ability to empathize and connect with individuals from various ethnic, cultural, and socioeconomic groups will enhance their therapeutic journey and foster a sense of belonging.

• Possession of an active and independent license as either a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is required.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, enabling you to establish strong connections with clients and effectively document care.

• Demonstrated cultural competence that allows for a nuanced understanding of clients’ diverse backgrounds and experiences.

• Strong organizational skills to maintain accurate records and manage multiple cases effectively within a remote work setting.

• A minimum of two years of direct clinical experience in a mental health setting is preferred, contributing to your ability to navigate complex client needs.
