Salary Range: $18.18 - $22.00 per hour for EEC Certified Candidates; $16.38 - $18.95 per hour for Assistant Candidates. Employee referral program. What You Will Do Your daily responsibilities include: Manage classroom needs to support children's well-being. Nurture a love of learning through a child‑centered approach with social‑emotional, STEAM, and nature‑based activities. Maintain regular communication with families to foster collaborative growth. Qualifications Pass required state and company background checks. Have a high school diploma, GED, or be enrolled in classes. Hold EEC teacher certification or have completed required components (for certified positions). Adhere to all company policies and EEC regulations.
