You bring expertise in SAP service delivery and a track record of driving real customer value. This role is for you.

What you'll bring You bring 8 or more years managing SAP service engagements end-to-end, building trust with stakeholders at every level, including the C-suite. Technical progress translates into clear business language; business value tracked with precision. Experience spans time-boxed 90-day delivery cycles, structured governance, and accountability frameworks. Confident in technical conversations about SAP's integration platform and cross-system architecture. Applied AI skills across agentic AI, context engineering, and AI-assisted automation, plus emotional intelligence and problem-solving to navigate complex delivery challenges. What you'll build You own a portfolio of SAP service engagements end-to-end, developing strategies aligned to customer goals and business outcomes. Governance models drive accountability, momentum, and issue resolution. Structured 90-day cycles with fixed scope and clear milestones keep delivery on track. Value realization is tracked and communicated - helping customers articulate the full impact of their SAP investment. AI tools are integrated into daily workflow to accelerate outcomes. SAP provides the annualized compensation range inclusive of base salary and variable incentive target for the career level applicable to the posted role. The targeted annual combined range for this position is 107300-230600USD . The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidate will be within that range, dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education, skills, experience, scope of the role, location, etc. as determined through the selection process. Any SAP variable incentive includes a targeted dollar amount and any actual payout amount is dependent on company and personal performance.
