Who Staffing is looking for a Sales Operations Manager for a full-time, direct hire opportunity with our client in Alexandria, VA. Job Summary Our client is seeking a highly experienced and results-oriented Sales Operations Manager to join their team. This role will be responsible for driving operational excellence across the sales organization ensuring efficiency, scalability, and data-driven decision-making. Reporting directly to the SVP, Data, this individual will play a critical role in optimizing sales processes, improving pipeline visibility, and enabling revenue growth through systems, automation, and analytics. Serve as the primary administrator and expert for HubSpot CRM, ensuring data integrity, optimized workflows, and seamless integration with other business systems. Own and optimize the end‑to‑end sales process lifecycle, including understanding and providing comprehensive metrics surrounding lead management, pipeline tracking, forecasting, and reporting. Act as the central liaison between Sales, Service, and cross‑functional teams, managing HubSpot task creation and workflows to enable efficient multi‑department collaboration. Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation, leveraging AI/ML tools where appropriate to increase productivity and reduce manual effort. Develop and maintain sales dashboards, KPIs, and performance reporting to support executive decision‑making. Ensure pipeline accuracy and hygiene, establishing and/or enhancing standardized processes for deal tracking, stage progression, and forecasting consistency. Revenue Operations & Strategic Support Partner with Sales leadership to improve forecasting accuracy and revenue predictability. Analyze sales performance data to identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities. Assist in the development and execution of go‑to‑market operational strategies. Provide actionable insights to the Executive Team/CEO to inform strategic decision‑making. Cross‑Functional Operations & Process Management Lead and manage cross‑functional operational projects tied to revenue growth and efficiency. Develop, document, and standardize sales processes and best practices to ensure scalability. Collaborate with Marketing, Finance, Tech, Product, and Customer Success to ensure alignment across the revenue lifecycle. Act as a key operational partner to executive leadership/CEO, ensuring timely execution of strategic initiatives. Required Qualifications 5+ years of progressive experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Business Operations within a B2B technology company. Deep expertise in HubSpot CRM administration and optimization. Proven experience managing sales pipelines, forecasting, and reporting frameworks. Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously. Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate data into clear, actionable insights for both technical and non‑technical stakeholders. Experience implementing automation and process improvements within a sales organization. Bonus Qualifications Experience with AI‑driven sales tools (e.g., Gong or similar platforms). Background in SaaS or DaaS business models. Experience supporting executive‑level leadership (VP/SVP/C‑suite).
