Dietitian

Responsibilities Analyze lab‑work results and educate patients and their families on appropriate diet choices. Build meaningful and long‑term relationships with patients and their families in an intimate outpatient setting. Work as a vital member of each patient’s core care team, influencing and leading them towards better health outcomes. Participate in a team that values support, positivity, and performance‑based rewards based on individual and team contributions. Qualifications State licensure required if licensure is available in the state where the facility is located. Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or a similar field required. Ability to work flexible schedules, possibly for multiple facilities, and travel when needed. Successful completion of the Competency Assessment for Renal Dietitians (CARD) with a score of at least 80% required after hire and training. Intermediate computer skills and proficiency with MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and functional proficiency with DaVita specific applications within 60 days.
