The Role

The successful candidate will support and lead key components of Project, Energy & Infrastructure Finance Associate / Counsel matters, including:

• Support and lead core workstreams on sophisticated transactions.
• Draft, review and negotiate principal and ancillary transaction documents.
• Coordinate diligence, signing and closing processes across deal teams.
• Advise clients on transaction structure, execution and risk allocation.
• Collaborate across practices and offices on complex, time-sensitive matters.

The role offers increasing responsibility as experience, judgment and client relationships develop.

Ideal Candidate Profile

The firm is seeking a Project, Energy & Infrastructure Finance Associate / Counsel with:

• 3+ years of relevant experience, consistent with the seniority sought for this search.
• Substantive experience relevant to Project, Energy & Infrastructure Finance Associate / Counsel.
• Strong drafting, analytical, communication and matter-management skills.
• A JD from a Top 50 U.S. law school.

Compensation and Benefits

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $265,000–$450,000 benefits & bonuses. Actual base compensation may depend on class year, experience, qualifications and other job-related factors.
