Location: Cumberland County, NJ Job Type/Status: Full Time Duties and Responsibilities: Compliant with funding source, contract and or program's Annex A Complete required documentation within established timeframes per Federal, State, County, and agency regulations, policy and procedure Core Responsibilities for Job Role/Sector: Provide competent, direct clinical services with adults and families through a variety of modalities such as assessment, individual, group, and family therapy. Provide comprehensive clinical assessment, diagnosis, and treatment appropriate to psychiatric recommendations and members presenting concerns regardless of race, gender, culture, or ethnicity. Develops a treatment plan that includes long term goals, short-term objectives, and interventions. Participates in regular clinical supervision in accordance with the guidelines of his/her professional organization; take responsibility with maintaining professional license; obtain advanced license, participate in staff professional development trainings and workshops as mandated/required. Utilize interventions based on systemic, behavioral and cognitive modalities of collaboratively develop individual and family service plans and goals which are behaviorally specific with the family. Provide crisis intervention as needed. Develop a transition plan with individuals/families to assist with termination and ensure linkage to ongoing support. Willingness to utilize clinical supervision to promote independent decision-making and enhance system collaboration within a multidisciplinary team. Requirements: Master's degree in Social Work or Mental Health Counseling or related counseling field Clinical Licensure as a social worker or licensed professional counselor or possess an equivalent license from an accredited board Knowledge, training and application of evidence-based treatment. Knowledge and application in the area of family systems and Trauma Informed Care Minimum two years direct clinical experience, providing psychotherapy and clinical biopsychosocial assessments within a behavioral health setting.
