Salary Information:

• 0-1 year: $27.42/hr
• 2-3 years: $29.89/hr
• 4-5 years: $31.12/hr
• 6-7 years: $32.36/hr
• 9-10+ years: $33.59/hr
• 16+ years: $36.95/hr
• Night Shift Differential: +$4.50/hr
• Sign-On Bonus: Up to $25,000
• Relocation Assistance: Yes

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive respiratory care to patients of all ages.
• Set up and manage ventilators and other respiratory support equipment.
• Perform assessments, treatments, and monitoring in accordance with physician orders.
• Deliver care in ICU, ER, and general acute care settings.
• Accurately document patient care in electronic medical records.
• Work independently or as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Requirements:

• Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential (NBRC)
• Current Florida state RRT license (required upon hire)
• Associate's degree from an AMA-accredited Respiratory Care Program
• Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
• Minimum one (1) year of clinical experience as an RRT preferred
