Service Robot Co. helps businesses across all 50 states choose, deploy and maintain commercial robots, with 24/7 support. We supply all types of robots for all types of automation. We handle site assessments, robot selection, installation, system integration and team training. Purchase, financing and rental options are available, backed by ongoing maintenance and repairs. One partner from your first consultation through everyday operation.

The role

Install, maintain, and repair drones and their docking and charging stations at customer sites.

What you will do

Diagnose faults in drones, docks, and charging systems.
Repair or replace propellers, motors, electronic speed controllers, batteries, gimbals, and cameras.
Update firmware and calibrate equipment.
Complete scheduled maintenance and inspections.
Follow lithium battery procedures for storage, charging, transport, and disposal.
Record faults, repairs, replacement parts, and follow-up work.
Keep spare parts available and report recurring problems.
Explain repairs and next steps to customers.

What we are looking for

Experience with electronics repair, RC or FPV drone building, avionics, low-voltage systems, or similar hands-on work.
Patience with small parts and precise repairs.
A methodical approach to finding faults.
Accurate records and clear communication.
Comfort working independently at customer sites.
Availability to drive, work outdoors, and travel overnight occasionally.

Training

You will complete an online course through our Service Robot Co. Academy, followed by in-person training and the industry certifications needed for this role. Training and certifications are free for selected candidates. Your first job is paid, with a specialist supporting you remotely.
