Corporate Associate Attorney

Job Duties

Beacon Hill's client, a boutique full-service law firm located in Los Angeles, is seeking a Corporate Associate Attorney. The firm is working on a significant sale transaction for the sale of a business and is seeking an attorney with hands-on experience supporting mergers and acquisitions, due diligence, and business sale transactions.

Location: Remote, but candidates must be licensed in California (active and in good standing)

Start: ASAP

Estimated Duration: 1-6 months

Hours: 40 hours per week with potential overtime

Pay: $95 to $100/hour, depending on experience

Qualifications:

Active California bar license in good standing
