Bellevue ENT is seeking a fellowship‑trained Pediatric Otolaryngologist to join our busy, well‑established private practice in the beautiful Seattle metropolitan area. This is a unique opportunity to step into a high‑volume pediatric practice with immediate demand and strong institutional support.

Compensation includes health coverage, a 401k plan with matching contributions, profit sharing, and paid time off.

Position Highlights

• Established Pediatric Practice: Join a board‑certified pediatric otolaryngologist with over 10 years in practice and a robust referral network, providing a high volume of pediatric patients from day one.
• NICU & Inpatient Coverage: Serve four NICUs and three inpatient facilities, working closely with pediatric hospitalists and PICU teams to coordinate care and reduce inpatient rounding.
• Private Practice Autonomy: Experience a high level of professional independence with the resources and infrastructure of Proliance Surgeons, one of the largest private surgical practices in the Pacific Northwest.

Ideal Candidate

• Pediatric Otolaryngology fellowship‑trained.
• Board‑certified or board‑eligible in Complex Pediatric Otolaryngology.
• Board‑certified or board‑eligible in Otolaryngology.
• Strong interest in collaborative care and community‑based medicine.
• Ready to contribute to a dynamic and supportive team environment.
• Must be willing to treat and see adult patients and take adult otolaryngology call.
