The position will interact directly withProduction teams on Product Quality Assurance(PQA) work tasks/priorities and functionallycollaborates with the LM RMS PQA Manager.THE WORKThe candidate must have a proven history ofstrong performance and ability to take initiativeacross a variety of QA responsibilities/tasks ondevelopment and/or sustainment programs.He/she is expected to quickly come-up tospeed with the products, work scope, technicalrequirements, program risks, and deliveryachievement schedules. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:• Identify root causes and associated corrective actions, evaluate process/product performance, and participate/interface with the engineering and production counterparts on program activities to assure processes and products are compliant to contractual requirements and proactive actions taken to prevent recurrence• Ability to evaluate and disposition production nonconforming hardware and analyze defect data to identify systemic issues and trends• Ability to verify systems are 100% compliant to the requirements and to present systems to customer representative(s) for acceptance• Mentor Quality engineers on the team in quality tasks and principals • Support, participate and execute strategies related to the roll-out of advanced quality, manufacturing efforts, and SIAs. • Conduct defect trend analysis, data validation, statistical data analysis, and presentation of Quality metrics as part of the QMS for manufacturing• Conduct weekly Area Corrective Action Board (CAB) meetings with internal production team to review identify root cause and implement corrective actions for trends identified• Conduct process audits in accordance with internal processes and AS9100 standardsWHO WE AREOur customers are world-wide and so is our reputation for creating original solutions with the latest technologies. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per weekPay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $81,600 - $143,865. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only.
