Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years RN experience
• Travel experience required
• Telemetry / step-down experience required
• Cardiac telemetry and EKG/dysrhythmia interpretation experience
• Required certifications: ACLS, BLS
• Familiarity with charting system: EPIC
• Key clinical skills:
• Telemetry monitoring and EKG interpretation
• Cardiac drip experience / post-cardiac procedure care
• Management of central lines/PICCs/ports and post-procedure monitoring
• Respiratory support: HFNC, BiPAP/CPAP familiarity

Compliance / Notes:

• Maximum 7 days of RTO per 13-week contract (no RTO allowed first week). All RTO must be finalized at time of submission.
• Local rule: No local candidates within a 75-mile radius.
• Pending licenses accepted (location-specific—some states require license in hand at submittal).
• Compliance deadline: 3pm CST on the Monday before start date.
• Labs required within 48–72 hours of signing.
• Pre-start modules required (completed per facility timeline).
• COVID-19 vaccine not required; flu vaccine required (medical/religious exemptions allowed).
