This is a hands-on receptionist sales position with day-to-day duties that include scheduling client appointments, answering phones/emails, checking clients in/out, cash handling, assisting customers, selling retail, managing the POS system, confirming appointments, and cleaning and merchandising. Specialty focuses may include retail merchandising and social media marketing. How You’ll Do It Providing EXCELLENT customer service to all clients Following all company rules and policies Communicating sales & specials to clients, offering additional services & products Answering phones & emails Booking appointments Confirming client appointments Following new client retention protocol Checking in and out clients, taking payments, and answering questions Cash handling Boutique retail handling: steaming, tagging, arranging, merchandising, cleaning & stocking, and dressing mannequins Helping clients with retail boutique items, fitting rooms, information, and sales Regularly keeping shop clean & presentable to clients Opening and closing duties Assisting with other duties as delegated The Right Stuff 1+ years of customer service or retail experience preferred 1+ years of receptionist experience preferred Exceptional customer service skills with a positive attitude Ability to communicate well, both verbally and written Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment Compensation & Benefits When we have identified talent that is a good fit for the Screamin Peach, we work hard to present an equitable and fair offer.
