What You’ll Do
You are the first impression and operational heartbeat of the spa.
Sell memberships (Strong experience in sales is required.)
Open availability
Greet and check in/out clients with a warm, professional presence
Manage appointment scheduling and daily booking flow
Handle phone calls, messages, and client inquiries
Coordinate closely with therapists to maintain smooth transitions
Process payments and manage client accounts
Maintain an organized, welcoming front desk environment
Support client rebooking and retention
Compensation & Benefits
Up to $22/hr (depending on experience)

Strong customer service or hospitality experience
Comfortable with scheduling software systems
Excellent phone and communication skills
