Social Worker

A skilled nursing facility caring for both the Pediatric and Geriatric populations. We are looking for a devoted and caring Social Worker for our Geriatric populationto join our team! The primary purpose of the position is to assist in the planning, organizing, developing, evaluating, and directing the overall process of the Geriatric social services department.
