Who We Are Looking For

The Lash Lounge Rogers is looking for sales and customer service associates. We are an upscale eyelash salon studio. We take pride in creating an inviting atmosphere and giving each client extraordinary customer service. This candidate must be highly motivated, be able to multitask with ease, possess excellent client service skills, love selling, have experience using MS Office and other computer software programs, and have exceptional attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Increase membership sales and retail sales
• Greet visitors and provide an excellent customer experience
• Book appointments in person or by phone
• Contribute to group operations, such as inventory maintenance
• Maintain a clean and inviting environment

Required Skills

• 1+ years customer service or retail sales experience
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work some weekends and some evenings
• Experience with MindBody software is a plus!

Compensation: $12.00 - $16.00 per hour
