In this role, you'll serve as a trusted provider for residents by delivering high-quality, person-centered care, building strong relationships with facility staff, and mentoring advanced practice providers to ensure consistent, coordinated care. Depending on the amount of travel required, Curana may in future determine that a valid driver's license, current auto insurance, and an acceptable driving record are required. If so, you will be provided with thirty (30) days notice of this requirement. From that time forward, please be advised that periodic motor vehicle (MVR) checks may be conducted as a condition of, and/or for, continued employment.Pay RangeUSD $100,000.00/Yr. - USD $150,000.00/Yr. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, Curana Health offers benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, 401K, PTO, paid holidays (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
