Family Law Attorney

AWD LAW is seeking a Family Law Attorney with at least two years of experience to join our robust and growing family law practice in beautiful downtown Flagstaff. As Northern Arizona’s largest law firm, we have proudly served our community for over 50 years and continue to expand our team of skilled, caring legal professionals.

The ideal candidate will have experience in family law and the ability to collaborate effectively with our existing family law attorneys, legal paraprofessional, paralegals, and administrative staff. This role requires strong writing and communication skills, and the ability to navigate modern legal tools efficiently.

*Key Responsibilities:*

* Handle a variety of family law cases, including divorce, child custody, support matters, and modifications.
* Work closely with clients to provide strategic legal guidance and representation.
* Draft legal documents, including motions, pleadings, agreements, and discovery requests.
* Conduct legal research and prepare for hearings, mediations, and trials.
* Collaborate with colleagues and support staff to ensure high-quality client service.

*Qualifications:*

* Admitted to practice law in Arizona and in good standing.
* A minimum of two years of experience in family law.
* Exceptional writing, research, and analytical skills.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with clients and colleagues.
