A healthcare facility in Albuquerque, NM, is seeking a dedicated inpatient overnight pharmacist for a 13-week contract position beginning September 28. This role offers a unique 7-on/7-off schedule, working from 8:30 PM to 7:00 AM, allowing for an excellent work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Dispense medications accurately in an inpatient hospital setting
• Utilize automation systems including Pyxis and Carousel for medication management
• Supervise pharmacy technicians and verify medication orders
• Support intravenous (IV) medication preparation and administration, with IV experience considered a strong advantage
• Provide pharmacy services to both Women’s and Westside campuses as needed

Qualifications & Experience:

• Active New Mexico pharmacist license
• Minimum of 1 year of inpatient pharmacy experience required
• Proficiency with electronic medical records, specifically EPIC
• Willingness to serve multiple campus locations within the facility
• Open to first-time travel pharmacists interested in expanding their scope
