OASIS (Outsourced Accounting Services & In-house Solutions) delivers strategic financial oversight for family offices, nonprofits, and SMBs. Our team supports clients through bookkeeping, compliance, and reportingpowered by cutting-edge technology and a people-first culture. Overview:
As a Senior Associate at OASIS, youll manage daily accounting operations across client engagements, working closely with Controllers and CFOs to execute consistent, high-quality service delivery. Responsibilities:
- Lead full-cycle bookkeeping, month-end close, and reconciliations for assigned clients
- Prepare custom financial reporting packages and variance analyses
- Oversee compliance tasks including sales tax and 1099 filings
- Mentor junior associates and review their work for accuracy
- Coordinate with third-party systems such as Bill.com and ADP
- Support periodic budgeting, forecasting, and audit preparation
- Bachelors in Accounting or Finance; CPA track preferred
- 35 years experience in public accounting or industry
- Experience with multi-entity environments and nonprofit or SMB clients is a plus
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Excel
