Earn $8,000+/month selling to restaurants and other commercial kitchens. We’re hiring an Outside Sales Rep to walk into businesses, identify problems, and close deals on the spot. At The SEALS, we’re the go-to experts in refrigeration gasket installation and repair. Our mission is simple: help commercial kitchens stay ahead of costly health violations by delivering fast, professional, and long-lasting solutions. We participate in many restaurant industry events, including the Crazies Awards, golf tournaments, and others. We serve restaurants, grocery stores, hospitals, hotels, schools, and more across Connecticut. We’re known for being on time, courteous, and knowledgeable. This is a field-based, sales-driven role where your hustle directly impacts your income.
- Prospect & Sell: Walk into restaurants and foodservice businesses daily to identify gasket issues and pitch our services
- Close Deals: Follow up on leads, return to estimates, and convert interest into paid work
- Deliver Service: Represent The SEALS with professionalism and urgency
- Stay Organized: Use Vonigo to track jobs and pipeline
- Stay Mobile: Travel throughout your territory using your own reliable vehicle
- Comfortable prospecting in person daily (walking into businesses)
- Outgoing and confident starting conversations with new people
- Sales experience (B2B or field sales preferred)
- Tech-comfortable (apps, navigation, CRM tools)
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
- Experience in restaurants or commercial kitchens
- Familiarity with health inspections or refrigeration equipment
