Construction Manager

Job Overview We are looking for an experienced Construction Manager to run operations for one of our many locations. The successful candidate will manage a team of subcontractors and employees to ensure that all projects are completed on time and within budget. Responsibilities Plan and supervise construction of domestic and commercial buildings Review and revise project plans to meet budget requirements Analyze architectural designs and building plans to determine cost effectiveness and profitability Order materials and equipment necessary to meet project deadlines Work directly with our office for billing and collections of completed jobs Visit job sites to review the work being performed Schedule multiple crews to complete tasks Flexible schedule Benefits Health insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Schedule & Compensation Monday to Friday, weekend availability. Bonus pay. Qualifications Experience in construction management Proficiency with Xactimate is a major plus Ability to commute/relocate to Wilmington, NC 28401 Location & Commute Wilmington, NC 28401.
