Job Summary

• Provide nursing care in a long-term care setting.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure quality outcomes.
• Document care per facility and regulatory standards.

Requirements

• License: Active RN license in California.
• Certifications: BLS (American Heart Association).
• Experience: Minimum 6 months of Epic experience within the last 12 months; Cerner experience also required.
• Systems: Must be proficient with both Epic and Cerner EMRs.
