Here’s what you can expect: Patient volume: Lower than industry norms, our expectations are less than 12 patients per day Visit structure: 1:1 patient care Documentation: AI‑supported documentation + Prompt EMR to reduce after‑hours documentation Schedules: Predictable, thoughtfully built schedules Care decisions: PT‑led clinical autonomy—you decide the plan of care Support staff: Exercise Specialists to support treatment flow so you can focus on being a clinician If something starts to creep toward burnout, leadership intervenes early. Professional development is part of your workweek—not something you squeeze in to meet your CEU requirements: 2 paid mentorship hours/week for your first 12 weeks Structured onboarding with a Clinic Director + Peer Mentor Monthly Skillz meetings (onsite CE, every month) Core‑4 Series to align clinical decision‑making and PATTOTL principles In‑house Orthopedic Residency, Dry Needling (LevelI &II), and COMT pathways Specialty SIGs (Pelvic Health, Sports, Neuro, Vestibular, Pediatrics, and more) We invest $15,000+ in your professional development in your first 18–24 months!
