We are seeking an experienced, hands‑on Property & Facilities Manager to oversee a growing portfolio of rental properties, short‑term rentals, and an RV park (79 sites with expansion potential). This role requires strong operational management, real estate knowledge, and the ability to coordinate maintenance, renovations, leasing, and property performance across multiple locations. The ideal candidate has prior real estate and property management experience and is comfortable balancing strategic growth initiatives with day‑to‑day operational oversight.
