Mid-Level Transactional Attorney-Commercial Real Estate & Leasing

  Kessler Collins represents a broad spectrum of sophisticated real estate clients on various real estate transactions and leasing, including leasing, development deals, acquisitions/dispositions and solar development. We are looking for an attorney with 3–6 years of experience to add to our Real Estate team and focus on leasing and purchase/sale transactions across industrial, medical office, and office building asset classes. This role offers significant responsibility in structuring and negotiating real estate transactions from start to finish and provides the opportunity to meaningfully engage with clients and build business relationships.

What You’ll Do

• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial leases, in the Industrial, medical office building (MOB) and office asset class space
• Handle acquisitions and dispositions of commercial real estate assets
• Draft and negotiate purchase and sale agreements, amendments, estoppels, SNDA agreements, and related closing documents
• Support real estate components of broader corporate and healthcare transactions
• Conduct and manage real estate due diligence
• Work directly with clients, brokers, and opposing counsel throughout the transaction lifecycle

What We’re Looking For

• J.D. and active Texas Bar admission
• 3–6 years of commercial real estate transactional experience
• Demonstrated experience with leasing and purchase/sale transactions
• Ability to lead transactions and take ownership of managing full deal cycle from LOI to completion
• Strong drafting skills and attention to deal details
• Ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously
• Familiarity with industrial and medical office and healthcare-related real estate is a plus
