Systems Administrator

Tailored Access, a GRVTY Company is seeking Systems Administrators to support Department of Defense/IC missions at Fort Meade, MD. You will be responsible for Linux Systems Administration while supporting IC missions that are vital to our national security. What You’ll be Owning Stand up, configure, and maintain Linux servers. Monitoring and patching/upgrades to standard networking resources (routers, switches, firewalls). Monitoring and patching/upgrades to servers and VM hardware. Assist and incorporate security compliance controls as applicable. Support documentation of non‑applicable controls. Assist with installation of new or replacement hardware or software. Configure and integrate hardware or software with existing networked infrastructure. Assist with decommission and/or removal of obsolete, excess, or replaced hardware. Document inventory changes. What You Must Have TS/SCI with polygraph (polygraph must be within last 6 years) 10 years of systems administration experience OR technical bachelor's degree + 5 years of systems administration experience Proficient with Linux. Minimum of 3 years Linux system administration experience (within the last 3 years). Experience with patching and upgrading Linux servers and networking resources. VM experience Security + cert Nice to Have Dell and HPE Linux servers Juniper and Cisco routers, switches, and firewalls Ansible Nutanix – VM management Rubrik – data storageNomad containers SALT scripts LibreNMS NetBox Pay Range At GRVTY, compensation is influenced by factors such as geographic location, federal contract labor categories, wage rates, prior experience, skillsets, education, and certifications.
