Job Description• Support, monitor, test and troubleshoot hardware and software problems. • Performing and coordinating effective installation and performance of advanced operating system hardware and software on servers. • Install new software releases, system upgrades, evaluate and install patches and resolve software related problems. • Plan and perform appropriate procedures, documentation, inventory assessment, and other procedures related to IT. • Maintain, monitor, analyze system components and make recommendations for system improvements • Be available for after hours / on-call support. The candidate needs to have a strong proficiency in the following skill sets: Must have Juniper VPN appliance expertise (Juniper Pulse, Juniper SA/MAG SSL VPN) • Working experience with Citrix and Windows Operating Systems • Working experience with Citrix XenApp/Presentation • Perform hardware/software diagnostics. • Ability to work effectively in team environment • Self-starter that requires minimal supervision and can provide oversight for any assigned projects • Thorough knowledge of good server and system administration principles Additional InformationAll your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.SummaryFunction: Information TechnologyExperience level: Mid-Senior LevelIndustry: Information Technology And Services
