Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant to join our team of healthcare professionals. In this role, you will work closely with our Physical Therapist to provide high-quality therapy services to our patients. Your expertise and dedication will help our patients regain their independence, mobility, and overall well-being. Responsibilities: Assist Physical Therapist in developing and implementing individualized treatment plans for patients

Conduct therapy sessions, including exercise programs, functional activities, and interventions as directed by the Physical Therapist

Monitor patient progress and report changes to the Physical Therapist

Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient treatment and outcomes

Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care

Participate in patient education and family training to promote successful rehabilitation outcomes

Maintain a clean and safe environment, adhering to infection control protocols and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
