We're looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager who leads with confidence, works well under pressure, and understands that great restaurants are built by great teams. The ideal candidate is hands-on, highly organized, and passionate about creating exceptional guest experiences. This role is responsible for overseeing daily front-of-house operations, leading and developing staff, maintaining service standards, managing guest relations, and ensuring the restaurant runs smoothly from open to close. We're looking for someone who doesn't wait to be told what to do. Someone who takes ownership, solves problems before they become bigger issues, and leads by example.
