Hackett Hill Center is now hiring for a full-time Medical Records/Central Supply dual role. This position is full-time, requiring 40 hours per week and long-term care experience. Full-time employees are eligible for medical benefits or modified compensation, which is an additional 25% on the base rate of pay. Responsibilities: Within a nursing center, the Medical Records Clerk provides daily medical records management, including document collection, technical validation, and records maintenance to ensure compliance with Health Care Financing Administration (HCFA) and other regulatory agencies.

Qualifications:

• Must possess a minimum of a high school degree or equivalent.
• Experience in claims, billing, and medical records is preferred.
• Must be detail-oriented with strong organizational and communications skills.
• Word and Excel knowledge are required. Google Sheets and Docs experience preferred.
