Job Summary

As a Whataburger Team Member , you will deliver excellent customer service in a fast-paced airport environment. This position includes FOH and BOH responsibilities , and all team members are cross-trained to support the full operation.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service
• Support kitchen operations and food preparation
• Handle cash accurately
• Maintain cleanliness and organization
• Assist with inventory management
• Follow all safety and security procedures
• Maintain a professional attitude at all times

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Must pass an FBI fingerprint background check for airport badge clearance
• Must have two valid government-issued IDs in excellent condition
• Must be available for flexible shifts, including:
• Early morning shifts as early as 4:00 AM
• Closing shifts based on last flight*
• Friday–Sunday availability required
• Must have reliable transportation to and from the airport
• Must live within 22 miles of DFW Airport

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift 30–50 pounds
• Ability to stand and walk throughout the shift
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Ability to reach, bend, and move throughout the assigned work area and airport
