This role requires a deep understanding of software development principles, strong problem solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast paced environment.Responsibilities:Design, develop, and implement software applications using Java programming language.Collaborate with cross functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.Identify and troubleshoot software defects and performance issues.Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to enhance development processes.Mentor junior developers and contribute to their professional growth.Participate in Agile development processes, including sprint planning and retrospectives.Mandatory Skills:Strong proficiency as Solution Architect Java Full Stack.Extensive experience with object oriented design and programming principles.Solid understanding of software development methodologies, particularly Agile.Experience with web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and frameworks (Spring, Hibernate).Proficient in database management systems (SQL, NoSQL).Excellent problem solving skills and attention to detail.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Preferred Skills:Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools (Docker, Jenkins, Kubernetes).Knowledge of microservices architecture.Experience with version control systems (Git).Understanding of software security best practices.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.10-15 years of professional experience in software development.Proven experience in leading software development projects.Strong portfolio of completed projects demonstrating Java expertise.If you are a passionate software developer with a strong background in Java and are looking to take your career to the next level, we encourage you to apply.
