Primary Therapist PositionAt ROWI Teen & Parent Wellness Centers, we are dedicated to transforming the lives of adolescents struggling with mental health issues. As a Primary Therapist under the guidance of the Program Director, you will be pivotal in guiding clients and their families through their transformative journey. In this role, you'll conduct individual and family counseling sessions tailored to each client's needs, ensuring ongoing assessments, and maintaining documentation standards. Unlicensed clinicians will receive supervision.Experience: 1 year in the mental health fieldTechnical Proficiency: Comfortable with basic computer operations and maintaining strict confidentiality and professional boundaries.Additional Requirements:Valid driver's license and eligibility for insurance on agency vehicles.Current First-Aid & CPR Certifications and a satisfactory criminal background check.Join Team ROWI:Step into a role where you can truly make a difference.
