Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Emergency Department Registered Nurse to join our dynamic healthcare team. The successful candidate will demonstrate teamwork, flexibility, and a strong commitment to patient care within a high-volume emergency department.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in the Emergency Department.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Assist with triage, assessments, and medical procedures as needed.
• Utilize advanced monitoring equipment and maintain accurate documentation through Cerner.
• Engage in real-time coaching and feedback to support team development.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience, with at least 1 year in an emergency department setting.
• Experience in Level 2 trauma center and comprehensive stroke center preferred.
• Certifications required: BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC, CPI, NIHSS before start date; ENPC within 90 days of hire.
• Ability to work in all areas of the ED and assist with behavioral holds.
