Database Coordinator

Database CoordinatorThe Database Coordinator is responsible for maintaining a healthy and effective Development database and managing weekly gift processing.Development Database (90%)Handle gift processing, donor acknowledgments, and accurate tracking of contributions.Prepare timely and accurate reports.Manage data cleanup projects and pull lists needed for mailings.Ensure strong systems for data management and reporting.Event & Gala Support (10%)Provide assistance for annual events by assisting with QGiv event site for online giving and night of giving.Assist with guest communications for all events.Assist as needed with any database related event preparations and other needs during events as assigned.QualificationsAssociates degree preferred in Communications, Business, or a related field.Strong skills in data management and entry required.Excellent organizational, communication, and time management abilities.A collaborative spirit and commitment to Wesley Glen's faith-based mission of serving people with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
