JOB DESCRIPTION

A growing and well-established reinforcing steel contractor is seeking an experienced Rebar Project Manager to oversee commercial, industrial, infrastructure, and large-scale construction projects from award through completion.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage reinforcing steel projects from contract award through final closeout
• Coordinate estimating handoff, detailing, fabrication, delivery, and field installation activities
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and manpower forecasts
• Serve as the primary point of contact for owners, general contractors, engineers, detailers, and field personnel
• Review contracts, plans, specifications, RFIs, submittals, and change orders
• Coordinate material procurement, production schedules, and jobsite deliveries
• Monitor project costs, labor productivity, and financial performance
• Negotiate and manage change orders and scope modifications
• Track project progress and maintain strong client relationships
• Ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience as a Rebar Project Manager or graduates with Construction Management Degree
• Strong understanding of reinforcing steel detailing, fabrication, and installation processes
• Experience managing commercial, industrial, infrastructure, transportation, or large-scale construction projects
• Ability to read and interpret structural drawings and specifications
• Knowledge of CRSI standards and reinforcing steel industry practices
• Experience with project management software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:

• Base Salary: $80,000 - $125,000 DOE
