AI/ML Engineer - Senior Associate

Salary: $61,000 - 101,000 per year Requirements:

• We require an MS in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or Machine Learning, plus at least 3 years of development experience, including 2 years working on AI solutions.
• We need experience using LLMs such as OpenAI, Anthropic, or similar models to solve business problems, including tracing, evaluations, and guardrails.
• We require strong Python programming skills and deep knowledge of data structures, algorithms, machine learning, data mining, information retrieval, and statistics.
• We expect proven ability to design end-to-end solutions independently, with a focus on modern architecture, scalability, and security.
• We need knowledge of data management, including data model design, and real-time processing across SQL stores such as Postgres and NoSQL platforms such as OpenSearch and Redis.
• We value demonstrated leadership, including generating new AI/ML ideas and GenAI-based solutions, along with strong communication skills for engaging senior technical and business partners.
• Preferred experience includes working in financial services, especially Asset and Wealth Management, Brokerage, or Investment Banking.
• Preferred knowledge includes LLM fine-tuning and small language model inference.
• Preferred ability to build full-stack products using modern JavaScript and TypeScript frameworks such as Next.js and Svelte.
• Preferred knowledge of high-performance languages such as Go or Rust.
• Preferred expertise in cloud platforms such as Amazon Web Services, Azure, or Kubernetes.

• We collaborate with firmwide AI/ML teams, business and product partners, and geographically dispersed colleagues to align on strategy, accelerate adoption of shared AI capabilities, and deliver impactful solutions.
• We lead the hands-on architecture and implementation of flagship ML- and LLM-powered solutions.
• We design and build highly scalable, reliable data processing pipelines and deploy model inference services.
• We experiment with, develop, and productionize high-quality machine learning models, services, and platforms that drive strong technology and business impact.
• We deploy solutions into public cloud infrastructure.
