Opportunity Highlights • Independent, multispecialty medical group that provides services to a locally managed, independent health system • Join an established urology practice and work in tandem with a team of 1 Urologist & 1 Nurse Practitioner Primary service area supporting a population of 70,000 with outreach • Practice in a 4-year-old, $30 million dollar state of the art medical clinic in a dedicated, private urology department opportunities available • Average 18-22 patients/day • SCHEDULE: On-call by phone approximately 10 days/month, urology is backed up by general surgery when not available 1 to 1.5 surgical days/week depending on volumes 3 to 3.5 clinic days/week depending on provider preference • 2 year partnership track • Generous sign on bonus with assistance in residency, 10% annual employer contributions into 401K plan; fully vested to the employee at the time the employee is eligible to participate in the plan Cash balance plan & profit sharing plan, Health, dental, vision, long term and short term disability insurance; malpractice coverage with tail,6 weeks paid time off • Location is approximately 170 miles northwest of Minneapolis/St. Paul and 25 miles east of the North Dakota border. • Community is well known for the lake country beauty, wooded hills, and rolling farmland. • Community offers wonderful museums, a nature learning center, historic buildings, a performing arts center, a world class horse arena, and the natural beauty of trails and prairie • J1/H1B visa welcome to apply!
