Our client, The Procter & Gamble Company is seeking a Mechanical Engineer to join their team. You will be part of the Engineering Department supporting cross-functional engineering and project teams. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and effective communication skills which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Mechanical Engineer Location: Lowa City, IA Pay Range: $78.58 - $80.74

What's the Job?

• Designing, manufacturing, and installing mechanical components that meet project requirements
• Analyzing problems or deficiencies and developing effective solutions
• Conducting experiments and evaluations to improve and innovate product designs
• Creating technical plans and designs using CAD technology
• Collaborating with project managers and engineering teams while ensuring compliance with regulations

What's Needed?

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
• Experience level ranging from 0–10+ years depending on role level (Level I–IV)
• Proficiency in CAD software and engineering design tools
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to communicate technical information clearly and work in a team environment
