Project Manager

We are seeking a Project Manager to lead industrial and concrete construction projects from initiation to completion. You will oversee budgets, schedules, safety compliance, and stakeholder coordination to ensure high-quality delivery.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the full lifecycle of industrial, commercial, and concrete construction projects from initiation to completion.
• Review contracts, drawings, and specifications to ensure a thorough understanding of project scope and requirements.
• Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
• Coordinate with estimators, field supervisors, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure effective project execution.
• Monitor project costs, track expenses, and manage budgets to maintain profitability.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, proactively resolving issues as they arise.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and quality standards.
• Lead regular project meetings with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders to communicate progress and address concerns.
• Manage subcontractor performance, contracts, and deliverables.
• Oversee change orders, RFIs, submittals, and maintain accurate project documentation.
• Provide regular project updates and reports to senior leadership.
• Support business development by fostering strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred, or equivalent experience.
• 5-10+ years of project management experience in construction, industrial, or concrete projects.
• Experience with site work, structural concrete, or industrial facility projects preferred.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, scheduling, and cost control.
• Proficiency in project management software such as Procore, Microsoft Project, Primavera, or similar tools.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, contracts, and technical documents.
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations and a strong commitment to safety practices.
• Demonstrated leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent decision-making and problem-solving abilities.

• Ability to walk job sites, climb stairs/ladders, and navigate construction environments, as well as sit for extended periods during administrative tasks.
