Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager / Program Manager with a strong background in electrical construction to lead project execution on a major data center development. This individual will oversee scheduling, estimating, quantity tracking, client engagement, and overall project delivery while managing a high-profile electrical construction scope.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale electrical construction projects from planning through execution.
• Manage estimating activities, budgeting, and cost controls.
• Develop and monitor project schedules using P6 and/or Microsoft Project.
• Build and maintain strong client and contractor relationships.
• Oversee quantity tracking, project reporting, and operational performance.
• Direct and coordinate electrical construction activities, including current low-voltage work and future medium-voltage efforts.
• Provide overall project and program leadership to ensure successful project delivery.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in electrical construction project management and/or program management.
• Strong understanding of low-voltage electrical systems and the ability to manage or support medium-voltage work.
• Experience with estimating, scheduling, client management, and project controls.
• Proficiency with Primavera P6 and/or Microsoft Project.
• Data center project experience is highly desirable but not required . Candidates with strong electrical construction backgrounds from other industries are encouraged to apply.
• Demonstrated leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Work Environment

• Full-time onsite position in Abilene, Texas.
• Project schedule may include Monday through Saturday work, with occasional Sunday requirements.
