Career Renew is recruiting for one of its clients a Founding Growth Associate - this is a hybrid role in New York. Salary range: 80-100K USD base (120-140K OTE) plus 40K in equity.

We are looking for a Founding Growth Associate with 1-4 years of experience from an elite environment like banking, consulting, or a high-growth startup. We're seeking a commercially sharp, relentlessly curious individual who is excited to operate like a founder to help us build our US business and sales pipeline from the ground up.

What will you be doing?

• Own the top of the sales funnel for the US market by identifying strategic accounts and running multi-channel outbound campaigns.
• Break into new markets by running targeted experiments to open new geographies and industry segments.
• Support live deals alongside the CCO and Commercial Leads, assisting with RFPs, proposals, and pipeline management.
• Run C-suite level events like dinners and roundtables to deepen relationships with senior buyers.
• Accelerate into an enterprise deal-making or leadership role within 8-12 months.

Key Requirements

• 1-4 years of experience in a high-performance environment such as banking, consulting, startups, or VC.
• A strong desire to drive revenue growth, win, and achieve rapid career progression.
• Thrives in ambiguity, moves fast, and is willing to roll up your sleeves and do the grunt work.
• Commercially savvy with the ability to break down complex problems using first-principles thinking.
• Charismatic with excellent communication skills and the ability to build trust and impress C-level executives.
