Administrative Assistant (Chinese)

Position: Administrative Assistant (Chinese National Local only-English-Speaking Role)
Location: Shenzhen
Salary: RMB 6,000–8,000/month
Working Hours: Monday–Friday (Weekends Off)
Job Responsibilities
1. Handle daily administrative and office support tasks.
2. Prepare, organize, and manage documents and reports.
3. Assist with English-related tasks, including email communication, document translation, and information management.
4. Coordinate communication between departments and follow up on assigned tasks.
5. Identify problems during daily operations and provide effective solutions.
6. Support other tasks assigned by the management team.

1. Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken.
2. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to handle unexpected situations.

工作地点：
深圳市南山区蛇口

薪资范围：
人民币 6,000–8,000元/月

工作时间：
周一至周五（双休）

岗位职责：
负责日常行政事务及办公室支持工作，协助公司日常运营管理。
负责文件、报告、数据资料的整理、归档及管理。
协助处理英语相关工作，包括英文邮件沟通、文件翻译及海外信息整理等。
能够发现工作中的问题，并及时分析原因、提出有效解决方案。
协助管理团队完成其他相关工作安排。

任职要求：
年龄25岁以上，男女不限（男士优先）。
英语听说能力流利，能够熟练进行英文沟通及商务交流。
具备一定的财务知识，了解基础财务流程及相关工作内容。
具备较强的问题分析和解决能力，能够独立处理工作中的突发情况。
工作认真细致，有责任心，具备良好的组织协调能力。
具备良好的沟通能力和积极主动的工作态度。
