Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and minimum 1+ years Special Education Teacher experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Primary Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement lesson plans customized to individual student goals and abilities
- Monitor progress, document achievement, and adjust strategies as students grow
- Attend IEP meetings and contribute professional insights to support goal-setting and progress monitoring
- Employ evidence-based approaches to adapt content and instructional delivery
- Create a safe, respectful learning environment that promotes academic and personal growth
- Partner with paraprofessionals, general education teachers, and therapists to optimize student success
