About the Role

The Company is seeking an Executive Director for Graduate and Continuing Studies. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the strategic direction, daily operations, and recruitment and marketing efforts of the graduate and online programs. This role is pivotal in establishing a positive and innovative culture, setting department policies, and ensuring that program start and revenue goals are met. The Executive Director will also be tasked with overseeing financial aid strategies, maintaining budgets, and working closely with the marketing team to create effective messaging that articulates the company's unique value proposition. Applicants for the Executive Director position at the company should have a lifestyle in agreement with the institution's mission, faith, and lifestyle covenant. A strong knowledge of the higher education landscape, particularly in graduate and continuing studies, is essential. The role requires the ability to understand data analysis and use information to guide strategies, as well as the skill to create an organizational structure that maximizes productivity. The ideal candidate will be an adaptive and enthusiastic leader, with a tenacity for success and a commitment to continuous improvement. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree, with a Master's degree preferred, and the ability to attract, recruit, and retain top talent in the admissions staff.
