The assignment begins August 12, 2026, and concludes May 22, 2027. You'll play an essential role in fostering students' success by developing and implementing individualized therapy plans. Supporting a manageable caseload of 30-35 students, your expertise will help empower learners and collaborate with a dedicated educational team.


Qualifications & Requirements:

• Valid Occupational Therapy license in New Mexico
• NPI (National Provider Identifier) number
• Active Medicaid provider number
• Previous experience in school-based or pediatric occupational therapy settings welcomed
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative spirit
• Passion for supporting students of varying abilities from kindergarten to high school

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct therapy services to K-12 students, adjusting interventions based on individualized education plans
• Conduct thorough evaluations and write detailed reports documenting student progress
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to create strategies that enable student access and participation in the educational environment
