Care Manager

As a Caregiver, you will be a vital part of providing compassionate support to seniors, enhancing their quality of life through hands-on assistance and meaningful interactions. Key Responsibilities: Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care. Follow Individualized Service Plans (ISP) and document any changes accurately. Promote safety, dignity, and independence for residents. Engage residents through conversation and facilitate daily activities. Support dining services and maintain a clean, welcoming environment. Communicate effectively with families and care team members. In Memory Care settings, create enriching experiences for residents with memory loss. Qualifications & Skills: High School Diploma or GED; age 18+ CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain it. Compassion, reliability, and strong communication skills.
