CV Resources has partnered with a national home services organization that is seeking motivated sales professionals to join the team!
Compensation
- $17.25/hour + uncapped commission
- Top performers earn $60,000–$65,000+ annually
- Spanish bilingual representatives earn a higher base rate
What You'll Do
- Handle inbound and outbound calls with prospective and existing customers
- Recommend home protection and service plan solutions based on customer needs
- Upsell and cross-sell products while delivering excellent customer service
- Meet or exceed sales goals in a performance-driven environment
- Accurately document customer interactions and sales activity
What We're Looking For
- 1+ year of sales, call center, retail, or customer-facing experience
- Comfortable working toward sales targets and earning commission
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Bilingual Spanish is highly preferred
